Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beds Hub! We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our returns and refund process.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: If returned due to an incorrect size ordered by the customer (not faulty), a £175 handling fee applies. This covers admin, delivery, and refund processing costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Health & personal care items


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email bedshubuk@gmail.com or call +44 7863 832972 to request return authorization.

  2. Package Securely: Return the item in its original packaging, including manuals, inserts, and accessories.

  3. Send Back: Ship to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Beds Hub cancels the order due to product unavailability, pricing, or system errors.


Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or colour), please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges depend on availability.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless:

    • The item is faulty

    • The wrong item was sent

    • The product arrived damaged

  • In such cases, Beds Hub will provide a prepaid return label.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).


Bed Frame Warranty

  • Refunds for damaged bed frames are available within 90 days.

  • A 2-year part replacement warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship. We’ll supply replacement parts free of charge during this period.
